A roof inspection was performed on a roof in Folsom California to find roof repairs.   The roof inspection found roof tiles that had slipped out of position at the plumbing vent flashings. This is a common occurrence that requires roof repairs.   Tiles slip at the vent flashings because tiles are cut to fit below the flashing and often times are not sealed or nailed down after they are set into position.   Over time they slip out of position and are not discovered until a roof inspection is performed.  Roof repairs are required to place them back into position and to seal them into place.   Check out our roof repairs and roof inspection video.
