A roof inspection was performed on a home in Modesto California to see if any roof repairs were required. The roof inspection found the home had a dimensional composition roof.  The roof inspection discovered that a roof leak was occurring from a skylight that had been installed. Skylights can be a common point of leakage and usually occur at the flashing around the skylight and are discovered during a roof inspection.
