A home buyer paid to have a termite inspection report completed on a home that they were attempting to purchase.  The termite inspection report found dry-rot damage at the eave and sheathing and provided in the termite report a bid for repairs at the sheathing, but not for any roof repairs.  The buyer also paid $100 to have a roof inspection completed by a roofing company which provided a bid for roof repairs but not the dry-rot damage at the sheathing and eave.
